I’m Rebecca

I’m an ops-focused Online Business Manager, which is a fancy way of saying: I help you take a deep breath when it comes to running your business.

I don't believe in balance as a fixed destination. I believe in harmony: letting different priorities take the lead in different seasons, without guilt or apology. It's literally how I run my own business and life, which means when you're telling me yours feels like too much right now, I'm not just nodding along.

How I got here…

Before any of this, I spent years in healthcare operations - managing people, workflows, schedules, and the kind of systems where something falling apart isn't an option. That's where I learned to zoom out before diving in, and fix the actual problem instead of just whatever's on fire today.

Turns out it translates pretty directly to what your business needs too.

I'm also a mom of two young kids, building my own business in the middle of real, full, beautiful and chaotic life. So when you say you're juggling a lot? I get it. Not in a "I've heard that before" way. In a "same, let's figure this out together" way.

  • Black coffee is a hard no.

    Coffee has to be flavored and it has to have cream or milk. None of this plain bean water nonsense. And yes, I’m a born-and-raised New Englander which means I will absolutely order iced coffee in January.

  • The messier the TV, the better.

    I love a good drama or series, but my heart belongs to reality TV. The Traitors, Real Housewives, Secret Lives of Mormon Wives - give me all the mess please. Currently loving RHORI!!

  • From running circles to running businesses.

    I was a D1 runner in college and turns out training through early mornings & pushing past "I can't" is pretty good prep for entrepreneurship.
